the us military ended "dont ask, dont tell" so gay and lesbian military members dont have to "lie about who they are." president obama and leon panterra keep talking about all the good things that will happen to our country now that this "law" is lifted.
im for the "dont ask, dont tell" issue becuase i know how uncomfortable it can be to be around gays or lesbians. especially since soldiers have to shower with their own gender.
